Thanks for stopping by our blog!  This is a quick getting-to-know-us post before we dive into what you're really here for: the food and the drinks.

Why'd we start this blog?

We both have always loved food: cooking it, eating it, staring at it through glass cases. We're Italian, what can we say? We found ourselves often sharing photos, recipes, and reviews of local spots with our family and friends, so we decided to combine all of that great information into one easy to find spot on the web.

What can you expect to find here?

Recipes for dishes and drinks, restaurant and product reviews, entertaining and cooking tips, and anything else that has to do with our love of good food and good libations. We also want to hear from all of you as much as possible, so watch for our link-ups (especially "Taste & Tattle Tuesdays"!) and join in the fun with us.

Who are we?

We met as graduate students studying literature and writing. We bonded over our shared Italian heritage and found ourselves constantly studying (or complaining about work and school) over shared meals. When we realized we had a common bond not only through our scholastic interests but also through our connection to the kitchen, we knew this blog was a must to create.
